Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
1) What is the difference between
your Luxury Villas and Hotel accommodation?
A Luxury villa gives you the space and privacy that is not normally
associated with hotel accommodation. For example, most of our villas
are approximately 2000 square feet and all have their own private pool.
In comparison, some well known hotels close by have an average room size
of 600 – 800 square feet. Some of our villas either back onto a
lake or have fences and shrubs surrounding the pool area to provide maximum
privacy.
2) How close are the villas to
the theme parks?
All of our villas are truly amongst the closest to the Disney & Universal
theme parks. The entrance to Disney’s Animal Kingdom is just 4
miles away while Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure & Sea World
are less than a 25 minute drive away. You will find no villas closer
to Disney than ours.
3) How old are the villas and
are they fully furnished?
All of the luxury villas are meticulously maintained to the highest
possible standards. We only rent out villas of the highest possible standard and we know that you will not be disappointed.
4) I understand that all your
luxury villas have their own pools, can you tell me more please?
Yes, all the luxury villas have their own pool. Some even have a Jacuzzi!
The pools can he heated during the cooler months. We will advise you
if pool heating is necessary. A dip in the pool after a day at the theme
parks followed by re-entry to the parks for the evening shows is customary
and helps revitalize some of those aching parts!
5) Are the pools safe for young
children?
Yes, the pools are very safe for young children, providing you take
notice of the pool signs, use the pool alarms and NEVER leave young children
unattended in the pool area or in the pool. The shallow ends of the pools
are approximately 3 feet while the deep ends are approximately 6 feet.
6) Will we need pool heating?
You are likely to need pool heating from early October to mid March.
Have a look at our historical bar chart for the weather in Orlando.
