The signing of the booking form constitutes acceptance of these conditions by the client.
These booking conditions form the sole contract between Orlando Holiday Villas and the person signing the booking form (the party leader - who must be aged over 18). The person signing the booking form shall be deemed to be signing on behalf of all members of the party, who agree to be bound by these booking conditions. No contract shall exist until Orlando Holiday Villas has received a signed booking form together with the correct payment.
A deposit of 25% of the total rental value for the house for the period booked is required at the time of booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. If the booking is made 8 weeks or less from the date of arrival the full amount is required at the time of booking.
The deposit will be treated as part payment of the total amount due. If the balance is not paid 8 weeks prior to the arrival date, Orlando Holiday Villas shall have the right to cancel the booking without further notice. In the event of cancellation for any reason, deposits and final balances are not refundable. If clients cancel the holiday, or we have to cancel the arrangements due to clients failure to pay the balance due within the time allowed before arrival, the cancellation charges are as follows:

All cancellations must be confirmed in either email, writing or fax, and will become effective from the date received. The same applies with changes to bookings. Your dates are not automatically interchangeable. If you wish to change your dates, you are effectively canceling and re-booking your holiday, and cancellation charges may apply. However, we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.

Orlando Holiday Villas are not responsible for any loss of enjoyment or use of the house due to bad weather, travel disruption, cancellation of flights, acts of war, terrorist activity etc. Orlando Holiday Villas, strongly advise that the client take out adequate insurance to cover possible cancellation as soon as the booking is confirmed. Orlando Holiday Villas cannot accept any liability for i] Death; ii] personal injury; iii] sickness; iv] accident; v] delay; vi] loss of luggage/personal effects; vii] any other misadventure which may occur whilst renting our villa, however it occurs.

No all-male or all-female parties are allowed. Groups must be of the size specified on the booking form. Failure to comply will render the booking void and you will forfeit your security deposit.

Should any problem with accommodation occur during your stay you must notify us immediately.

The client is responsible for and pays all travel arrangements, airline tickets, car rental, medical and travel insurance and any other costs incurred in connection with the holiday. Payment via this booking form is for the rental of the house only.

This contract is subject to and shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of Florida and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of our Courts.
